Once your order is placed on our secured server, you will be given an on-line order confirmation number. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your credit card is not charged until we verify that we can supply the item which you ordered. Ony then will your credit card be charged. If there are any questions with your order, one of our customer care representatives will contact you by telephone or e-mail.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a store credit or gift certificate. The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from receipt of merchandise. An authorization number must accompany the merchandise. To receive a return authorization number, please e-mail us.

Although all necessary precautions are taken to ensure proper shipping, occasionally problems arise. Should you encounter any shipping damages, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packing materials including the original shipping box.
